Cadastre (KIK) Access
With KIK access in Assetmaps, you can click on a cadastral parcel on the map and immediately view a selection of ownership data. Additionally, a complete overview of the parcel's ownership data can be downloaded as a PDF. The ownership data is requested directly from the Cadastre in the Basic Registration Cadastre (BRK) for each parcel.
What is KIK Access?
In the Netherlands, the Cadastre manages various basic registrations, including the Basic Registration Cadastre (BRK). With KIK Access, the Cadastre offers a web service connection that provides access to specific BRK products. This makes it possible to view ownership data of cadastral parcels and associated mortgage information.
Integration in Assetmaps
Using KIK Access in Assetmaps, you can easily view ownership data by clicking on a cadastral parcel on the map. Additionally, it's possible to download a complete overview of a parcel's ownership data as a PDF. This ownership data is directly requested from the Cadastre in the Basic Registration Cadastre (BRK).
