With a background in commercial real estate, property management, and portfolio management, I know better than anyone how crucial overview and data control are. In my work, data-driven strategy and well-founded buy/sell decisions were central, but I often faced the same challenge: data management was fragmented, incomplete, or simply opaque. That frustration became my motivation. Not just for myself, but for everyone in real estate organizations who struggles daily with the same problems. That's why we started Assetmaps by building tools that I would have loved to have had at my disposal. Practical, visual solutions that create overview, connect data, and strengthen collaboration. Because only when the foundation is right can you truly steer strategically.

With a background in construction technology and real estate consulting, I've guided projects for years where technical insight, accuracy, and clear communication were central. Whether it was multi-year maintenance plans, inspections, or strategic advice, I repeatedly saw how difficult it was to maintain overview. Information was scattered across reports, systems, and departments, and truly effective collaboration with clients or chain partners was often cumbersome. That practical experience showed me where things could be better. What if you could make all that data — from building inspections to maintenance scenarios — intelligently and visually available? What if you could work together from one source, on the map? These questions formed my motivation to help build solutions that truly support the work of real estate professionals.
